For the 16th time, we are delighted to welcome you to the Art and Music Festival in Stavanger. On July 27, five outstanding performers from Norway and abroad will take the stage at the Holmeegenes Museum.
The program is richly varied, with the renowned Spanish guitarist Silvia Escamilla Jimenez as the main artist. The repertoire features guitar music from the Classical period and includes Beethoven’s famous Eyeglass Duo.
Joining us are Birgitta Elisa Oftestad, winner of the Norwegian Soloist Prize and NRK Virtuos; violinist and artistic advisor to the festival, Laurens Weinhold; French cellist Marc Tchalik; and the award-winning Polish violist Kinga Wojdalska.
